BIC provides a free business pre-incubation service offering entrepreneurs a low risk environment in which to research and set up their business.
BIC clients can access a wide range of services and facilities, including:
- Use of free office space* which includes
- hot-desks with PCs and WIFI access.
- internet access and telephone lines.
- equipment such as printers, scanners etc.

- One-to-one sessions with specialist advisors and access to workshops and training.
- Guidance with business planning, research, idea validation, testing, market research, IP, technology commercialisation.
